The villa is 15 minutes walk reached by a series of pathways and stairs from the town centre of Positano and 5 minutes walk from the nearest public transport stop. After this, the road becomes pedestrian only.

Layout of the Villa

On the Ground floor of this exclusive villa is a grande and spacious panoramic terrace with two tables that can accommodate up to 12 people.
Inside the villa features a living area with a fire place and table for up to 10 people, a large kitchen with a dining table for up to 12 people.

This floor also features a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

On the first level stepping down from the living room there are two double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom that share a balcony, 1 double bedroom with external access with en suite bathroom.

The second level features a large outdoor lounge area and luscious green gardens. From the garden, there is access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom inbuilt in the rock. The room has external access only. The 6th extra room available on a extra charge basis stands at this level.

The third level of the Villa has a swimming pool and deck chairs, bar, outdoor shower and changing room.

The Villa can be rented exclusively and upon request in the low season can be rented per room.
